"One Bourbon, One Scotch and One Beer" with Marc and Maggie and special guest chef Blake Hartwick.
Halcyon's Executive Chef and House Mixologist team up to showcase the incredible flavors and pairing flexibility of liquor's darker side. The drinks will be served in duos; first, to savor the flavor, our liquor selections served neat. An original and exotic mixed drink with the same spirit will follow. Each drink will be paired with a small plate straight from the mind (and palate!) of Marc. Our entree course will be paired with a microbrew imbued with bourbon flavor from barrel fermentation. Dessert will feature a 'spirited' pastry surprise!
